Baby only sleeps only when held on chest

Need help- my 7 week old has been extra fussy lately. She sleeps fine at night because we swaddle her, but during the day she ONLY wants to be sleeping held upright near shoulder or on chest. The max she’ll go during the day time for a nap when I lay her backside on bassinet is 10-20 mins before she starts crying… am I doing something wrong? Is this a medical issue possibly reflux issue? She’s always crying until I lay her on my chest and I’m worried she’s sick or hurting. She cries even when I cradle her on my arms. It has to be upright near shoulder or chest… need advise please 🥲
