Wisdom teeth removal while EBF?

Has anyone had to get their wisdom teeth removed while breastfeeding? If so which route did u go for anesthesia/pain meds.

I just had mine taken out last month. They used IV sedation that they told me to pump and dump for that day(12 hours) and Percocet is the approved pain med while breastfeeding

I just had two pulled and I'm currently 26 weeks along. I can't take anything because of my history and the long list of medications intake to keep my son thriving. I haven't taken anything but it has been very painful! The first one wasn't really bad. But I went back two days later and the 2nd one, healing wise wasn't so fun. My cheek was covered in stitches as well as my gums. Ice packs helped me the most.

No, but i didn't need any pain mess past the lidocaine for getting mine removed. You can look on LactMed to see what it says about the different drugs and breastfeeding.
