As any of you done this way of not getting pregnant? I no it's not a 100% but just can't keep taking all these different birth control that's not for me so I fort maybe this might work for me !!

Look up FAM. Get the book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility  it teaches you how to avoid pregnancy using FAM. (And on the flip side, teaches you how to get pregnant based on your cycle).

It can work. But accidents can still happen when unprotected. I would use this method with condoms or plan to accidentally get pregnant (source: I’m 20 weeks along lmfaooo)

I have it work for about 2 years but on my ovulation day I had a little slip up and here we are 🙃😂 but I wouldn’t change it. I believe it can work but you have to be very strict with it

We used it for about 3 years without an issue. Turns out we are actually infertile, but I still feel confident we used it properly. I can still identify ovulation and my fertile window each cycle and we choose to abstain or not.

Yes. We tracked my cervical mucous and cervical position as well as temperature and followed the calendar method and abstained from intercourse during my 10 day fertile window. That’s how we got our 3rd child. We mis read the calendar during an evening of celebration and surprise!! It’s a boy. Lol eventually we added in spermicide and a diaphragm into our calendar method and that worked for 7 years before we got pregnant with our twins. We still abstained during fertile window and they got through 2 barriers!! 🥴
