Lower back pain...funny feeling in stomach..random uti...and headaches

You could've strained your back and maybe low sugar, caffeine withdrawl, or low vitamin of some kind is causing your headaches. 
Don't think symptoms are connected though.

With the back pain you need to watch for signs of a kidney infection, talk to your doctor. Your uti could have spread. If you are on an antibiotic for the uti, that could cause your upset stomach.
