Has anyone's anal fistula healed on its own ?

Has anyone had anal fistula which healed on its own . Recently I have vaginal flatulence which has reduced slightly but I have been tild it is related symptom of anal fistula ?
Anyone whose fistula healed on its own naturally what did you do for it ?

My brother had an anal fistula. After three failed surgeries in the states and a doctor that told him he’d just have to live with it, my mom went searching like crazy and went to India for a holistic treatment. Wasn’t easy but it is completely healed now. He was on the brink of suicide because it made his quality of life so low. Now a couple years later he’s healed and is enjoying life to the fullest. If you need any questions answered please let me know. My heart goes out to you because I’ve seen my brother struggle for years with an anal fistula. It’s not easy at all but I would love to give you some hope. My mom did so much research on fistulas and she is such a great resource. She would be more that happy to answer any questions about my brother and what they did to be healed. That would be a symptom of a recto vaginal fistula, not anal. Hopefully it’s nothing, but if you find stool or other strange drainage from vagina, I would get it checked out.
