Not voting because I don't know which to pick. He was saying Dada, Mama, Bubba, and No. But has now decided that he doesn't speak anymore. My eldest did this at his age too. He would say Mama, Dada, Cat, Dog, Car, and Ball at this age and then stopped and didn't start talking again until he was 18 months old.

My daughter is at 18 words right now but for some background context my son had a speech delay so we were working with the speech therapist around the time she was born so we implemented everything she taught us for our son, to our daughter too.
