So I'm EBF do I need to pump still in between to keep my milk flowing ?? Im confused first time EBF my baby .. the oldest I exclusively pumped since my oldest didn't latch . So this is new to me I got use to just pumping .. My baby seems to be satisfied after feeding but he is going through a grow spur and wants to eat a lot more and I do wonder if he's getting enough milk which is why I'm curious if I should pump after I BF him I'm??

I never pumped with any of my 3 kids. I hated it so much lol
I just fed on demand and my supply was great.
The more you latch, the more you make.
So just keep latching him and your body will be able to regulate through the growth spurts 😊

Nope. Just put him to the breast whenever he’s hungry. Your supply will match his demand if you just keep feeding him when he shows hunger cues. You can start pumping at six weeks or so after your supply has regulated if you want to build stash for returning to work or whatever

If baby is eating fine and your supply is fine then don’t. But if your supply starts to dip for any reason then pump. If baby prefers to o my feed on one side pump the other boob.

Nope. If you’re exclusively nursing there’s no need to pump at all
