So I am pregnant again after 2 ectopic and multiple CPs. A little back story.

I had my 1st ectopic on the right side in January of 2020 tested successfully with MTX, followed by multiple CPs. I had my 2nd ectopic pregnancy diagnosed at the end of March 2021 and had to have surgery to remove my left tube due to rupture following unsuccessful MTX treatment. I am now pregnant again ( only about 3ish weeks) and terrified. I only have one tube left on the right side and I am having pinching and burning pains on the right side, some on the left, but mostly on the right. Did anyone else have similar pains and go on to have a normal healthy pregnancy?!
