26 weeks and feeling so crap!

Feeling like SUCH a shitty person!

I’ve taken two days off work because I’ve been so stressed with relationship problems with my baby’s father (we’re not together any we’re struggling to even be friends- I’m really trying though!!). I’m so low and anxious and down:(

Im also so stressed as the children in my class are really playing me up, we’re nearing the end of term and I am exhausted as I’m about to enter third trimester.

So I’m barely sleeping and took yesterday and today to rest. I plan on returning tomorrow but I just feel so guilty for the time off and worry what my colleagues will think.

Any tips for resilience? Being less harsh on myself? Tips to get through the next 2 weeks at work?
