Another negative baby test. 🥺

Hi all, I’m 25 and engaged to the most wonderful man. I’ve never been pregnant. I’m technically overweight & have an irregular period. I have been tested for PCOS & endo both have come back clear. I want my baby already! I had dreams that this test would be positive and I could surprise him on his birthday (it’s in 3 days) but nope. Any suggestions on how to get preggo in a timely manor? Other than weight loss (already working on that). Thank you ☺️
