Anybody dealing with back pain?

I’ve always dealt with back pain but after having my 3 rd almost 3 months ago I swear the pain is so bad and worst. It’s so bad it makes me want to cry anybody going through this and how did you relieve it ? I currently just take Tylenol

Same here had my third two months ago and the back pain has been crucial. I would suggest a chiropractor for starters and continue to take the Tylenol.

I’ve had severe back back ever since I had my first baby & had an epidural. A chiro helps for a couple hours, then it returns. I have ibuprofen for it.

I was having pain and went to a walk in chiropractor place for a quick adjustment and it definitely helps a ton! I go every couple weeks when I can tell things are just getting out of alignment from all the weird ways we move our body with babies and having other little ones too! Also, maybe try ibuprofen instead if you can. Sometimes that help me more than Tylenol. Hope you feel better soon!!
