I’ve been on birth control since I was one month PP. I was on the mini pill. I am now on the BC pill I was on before I got pregnant called Yasmín. I’ve been SUPER paranoid that bc in general is affecting the amount of milk I’m producing. Before switching BC I was able to still pump some milk out after nursing (maybe about an oz or 2) but now I can barely get more than a few drops out after a nursing session. My daughter is 9mos and her diapers have gone from 6-7 wet diapers to 5. She has her 9mo check up next week. I’m just super paranoid that I’ve totally messed up my supply by switching BC 😞 Should I pump more often to build up supply again?
