I am several months pp and just happened to look down there for the first time in a while and omg I'm mortified!! I was given estrogen cream at my 6 week check because I wasn't fully healed. I noticed some granulation tissue before but not like this. There is soo much! It is every where at the entrance and inside. I only had a first degree tear so I'm confused. I asked my husband if he felt anything and he said it feels different but couldn't explain to me how. It literally looks like my guts are spilling out of me it's disgusting. I just want to cry. Will this go away or can I have it surgically removed? Was it the cream or just the healing process? Help!
