My periods 4 days late but on 4/2/21 I had a D&C (my uterus was septic from rotting tissue) I just had my first period since last month, this month I’m 4 days late now. Could I be pregnant or is this my period still adjusting? My boyfriend and I use the pullout method (waiting on copper iud) and he’s definitely never finished in me. We probably had sex 10ish times?? If you’ve had a D&C because of sepsis how long did it take for your periods to be normal?

*also adding I’ve been cramping pretty bad for a week and the usually period back pain, normal period symptoms like eating tons, being tired, and irritated. But just no bleeding.
