Breastfeeding newborn

I’m planning on breastfeeding! I’ve heard not to pump for the first couple of weeks, when would you suggest to start pumping? I’m planning on exclusively BF but I am going back to work 6 weeks after ): so I would have to start pumping then, how often would I have to pump? Every 2-3 hours? I have random schedules so I wouldn’t be working every day of the week so I’m really stressing about how that’s gonna work 🥴 anybody have some advice pls help!
