Where in the world did the older generation get this idea that first time moms want to hear all of their wisdom and be completely disrespected because they are inexperienced in parenthood? Like seriously. You get this dumb idea that I will be less “uptight” in the future and that means you can ridicule my choices now? No. I’m sorry, but no. I am not any less of a parent now then I will be with more kids and that does not mean that you have any more of a say. I may be less experienced for sure and have a lot to learn, but if I want to follow what my daughters doc says and not listen to you, my choice. I don’t care what you did in your day or how your kids turned out. And I swear if I get made fun of or called up tight one more time, I’m going to freaking explode 🤯 back the hell up and learn your place before I show you a side of myself you never want to see.
