Comparing my 4w1d and 8w1day ultrasound

I went to meet my doctor for blood work at 4w1d, but she decided to do an early ultrasound for me. We could only see the beginning of gestational sac. So she ask me to come back in 3 weeks time, but I decided to wait till 4weeks before going back for another scan.

Today at my 8w1d scan, I was able to see the baby, heard and also see the heartbeat 💓

My baby heartbeat was 176bpm and baby is measuring 8w3d.

This is just to tell other mummy’s, you might go early and not see anything but that doesn’t mean your baby is not there. Your baby is there baking 💋
