Ok like I know it’s beyond my bf’s control. This is a Me problem and I want to know how people have learned to control their jealousy. I have a healthy relationship w my bf and we’ve been dating for awhile. I never show him i’m jealous over anything to do w his ex cuz it’s in the past but a few days ago he was sharing his computer screen w me cuz I was helping him shop and when he went to check out, I saw his ex’s name listed as one of the addresses saved on his account. ik he’s not cheating, it’s just there from the past. I didn’t say anything cuz like nothing here is wrong. I just want some advice on how I can just stop feeling jealous whenever I see her name?? I don’t hate her or anything like that. idk maybe it’s just normal?? idk what i’m even saying…
