Can I be 2 months pregnant and not know ? I take test na only get faint lines so I blew it off I still get periods but light and I'm moody and sick and hot flashes almost everyday for the last week my tummy has bee rumbling and tingly ? It dose not hurt it just feels weird like gas bubble's only I don't get gas like that ever I need help
