Late night snack

So I’m currently trying to loose weight from my first baby I’m 5 months post partumn..

I have lost 5 pounds so far and I’m extremely proud of myself and I’ve been trying to eat pretty healthy..

but I always find myself around 7ish and through out the night wanting to snack constantly and be constantly eating.. I’m trying to nip it in the Butt , but I don’t know how..

Any advance would help!!
