Bleeding all the time

So Ive been kinda in a pickle. I had gotten Nexplanon in back in February. I got it tooken out in the end of may due to me always spotting and having the brownish colored blood and discharge. I have been back on the progesterone only pill since getting it taken out and still have been having the brown blood. It's not as heavy as it was but it's still there. I normally don't have to wear a pad because it never leaks out. It's only when I wipe. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor recommended me trying the Depo shot next.
