Provera 10mg/10 days

Brief history: was on the pill for ~3 years, decided to try Kyleena, was having too many problems with it and got it removed at the end of September 2020 after having it for ~4 months, haven’t been on any birth control since removal, it is currently July 8 and I have not had a period since April.

I went to my doctor to discuss/investigate my absence of a cycle, and she prescribed me Provera to take for 10 days. She informed me that I should have a period within two weeks of taking the last pill. What are some positive stories regarding/involving this regimen? (I’ve heard it’s very common) What happened next for you? Did you get pregnant the next cycle? Did your periods return on a regular/semi-regular basis? Anything will help ease my mind about some of my anxieties on my TTC journey!!
