Hygiene help

So my boyfriend has been at my place for the past week 😭 he's been wearing the same boxers and the same shirt to sleep. He really smells, like pee and armpits I can't even cuddle him at night. He's not brushing his teeth every day and he sleeps with his mouth open and the smell is ungodly!!! The farts omg I understand that people fart and it doesn't smell good but he's always farting and he constantly burps while I'm eating. I haven't had sex with him all week because of the stench. I don't want to come off rude but it's a lot. How do I communicate this without offending him?
