Am 48 ttc baby 2

HI Ladies am new on ere ive been ttc for 12months +, in all that time not had 1 positive pt. Apart from when tested with clear blue back in may,thought got positive but must of been evap/indent line, anyway thinking of giving up on ttc baby 2 as with me being 48 it's taking longer, as first time round was 33 wasn't ttc n was only with partner at time for 6 months n it just happened am sad that not had another positive in 15years as daughter would like a bro/sis 😒😢
