TMI - so I'm on CD104 and out of nowhere this discharge appeared. Just before it was darker brown. Has anyone experienced this? What's happening??

So i had my Copper IUD removed on 3rd December 2019. Since then I sometimes skip a few months. I'd go on for months then come off. 
My last af started 13th February and went on for 5 days - which seemed like they were returning to normal. 2 days later (21st Feb) I got bloody discharge (like eggwhite consistency but deep red colour) then kept bleeding until around 3rd April. It only stopped because i took a pill to stop it. Then never returned since, until this today. I have had egg white discharge a few times this month, the last being 5th,6th and 7th July, then milky cm yesterday.
