Balancing motherhood and career

Are there any other mamas who are having a hard time balancing a career and being a mom? I’m on the verge of finishing school and will be starting a new career soon while having a 3 year old.

While in school, my daughter has been sick a lot, almost every month, and had to miss quite a bit of school because i needed to be home with her.

I know once I start a job, I can’t be there for her like I was in school.

I’m so stressed about constantly switching gears between being a mom and an employee 😢
