Vaccine injured child?

I was walking through Target today and noticed a boy, maybe 6 years old, who was having a major meltdown because he wanted something and she said no. One man offered her assistance and she proceeded to say that her child has vaccine induced autism. Well, now I'm freaked out to give my daughter her vaccines 😭 Help?
