I just realized today that I use my first high school exes birthday for my passcode, laptop code, and for my work login I have his day combined with my bday. My bestie asked me why my debit code was xyz and I was like idk I just always used it then it hit me. And part of me feels like it’s a bad thing as it’s been so many years and I feel like I’ve moved on but what if that’s still an attachment thing. Idk. On Insta there was a post how our exes are meant to leave things in our lives that we love or find interest in. So it might be your exes favorite food is now yours, you laugh at a certain scene because of an experience, stuff like that
