Confused 4days late anyone out there??

I feel different this month but I'm trying not to get my hopes up . Ive had bad headaches no appetite much very tired and slight cramps in my side. I did one pregnant test and it was a bFN. And I had a light discoloration in my discharge just two days ago but that was it.. very confused..

How are you determining ovulation?

I’d you aren’t tracking ovulation properly then don’t just have sex to match the app. You stop literally at ovulation but you most likely ovulated late and possibly then missed it.

Going through the same thing. I’m 6 days late and hardly any period symptoms when I always have cramps before my period

Correction I did the Prego test last Saturday .
