I saw a post on here that had to do with a dress code and I have a dress code story. It's not mine though. Its my brothers. So my brother was in High school and he's had a lot of health issues. He had gotten stomach surgery(or maybe it was abdominal surgery. Is that a thing?) and a week and a half later the school was calling saying my brother needed to come back to school. I don't remember how long his doctor said he needed to take it easy but definitely not a week and a half. After another week of the school harassing us my mom said she will send him back to school but his doctor said he needed to wear loose pants because of his scar. I remember the scar looking kind of like a csection scar but not really. Idk how to explain it but she told him he's been wearing sweatpants so they would fit loosely. They said that's fine. Just bring a doctors note. She he went to school in swear pants with a doctors note... And was suspended that day and said a doctors note doesnt exempt him from the dress code. Like. They seriously made my brother who was in pain come to school just to be suspended. Honestly all High school EVER taught me is most people are power hungry who do not care.
