Is walking for 30 minutes in the morning, 15 to 30 mins in afternoon and then weight training after work too much?
I’ve started a desk job where we’re working from home for now and I find my body craving movement. If I slow walked 30 minutes on treadmill before work, did another slow walk on my lunch break, then do leg or arm day after work, is that too much activity???
