My sons about to be 4 months old and when he first started to sleep longer stretches at night (3-4 hours) he’d nearly fill a diaper and lately he hasn’t. There will be maybe 3-4 pees in it. The other night he did a 3 hour, 1.5 hour and another 3 hour stretch. I changed him every time but hardly even had to. Is this normal? I EBF and have been drinking 108 ounces of water a day since he was born so I don’t think it’s dehydration.
