Blood thinners and pregnancy

I am on warfarin due to having clots in 2016 and I’ve avoided getting pregnant due to the dangerous nature of it. Last night I got drunk with my partner and now after the sex there is a high chance (due to my cycle) that I may be pregnant. This had never happened before and I’m scared. Do I need to call 111 now to tell them I’m on blood thinners and that there’s a chance I’m pregnant or is it too early to tell a professional yet? Do I keep taking my warfarin or can it harm me? Do I take it until I’m gone enough to do a pregnancy test?
