My daughter does this. We found out it is due to a dairy intolerance.

My daughter does this very often. So much so that she dislocated both her hips doing it. She is very strong on her legs. She has a chromosome abnormality so we attribute it to that. Will see a neurologist on Wednesday and hope to get some answers. However I think doing this is normal, just not in excess
