Should i be worried about this ? My baby is 5 months old & is almost 19 lbs so i know it’s not affecting nursing or latching but i just worry because it’s all the way down on her gums .

That’s really not a bad lip tie. It may touch the gumline but it’s rather thin. A lot of lips ties over time change enough to where it doesn’t effect teeth. But you can always get it evaluated by a pediatric dentist.
