I am pregnant so as of lately my husband and I have not been using the pull out method. He has been finishing inside of me. Does anyone else’s vagina get super irritated after?

I can’t tell the difference between if this might be yeast infection or just toilet paper. I get white toilet paper residue looking clumps a day after having sex and him finishing inside of me. It’s very uncomfortable. There is no smell, just uncomfortable and sometimes itchy. Anyone else have this happen or know what it might be?
