Coping with depression

I think I might be depressed but I’ve never spoken to my doctor about it. For the past few years I’ve lost interest in everything I used to enjoy, I never feel excited for anything and more or get that feeling of looking forward to something, I have major brain fog, anxiety, trouble carrying out tasks, my memory is bad and I have a horrible time keeping a clean house or getting the motivation to be productive. I’ve also packed on the pounds and have no motivation to work at losing it even tho I hate my body.

I feel like i should be happy, I have 2 happy healthy kids, a good well paying job, a roof over our heads, food in the fridge etc. Just not sure why everything else I feel point to depression.

Anyone else feel this way. How do you cope? Any tips and suggestions would be amazing.
