My baby has had this type of poop for about a week. At the beginning of it his poops where green but still very watery. Now he has this color. He would only go once a day but starting Sat he’d go 3 times a day. Taking him to the GI tomorrow. Any advice?

How old is your baby? Is your baby breastfed or formula fed?
It is normal for a baby's poo to go from dark green almost black (meconium) when born, to green first few days and then to mustard yellow after a week or so. 
A baby will normally poo after every feed, but if he/she doesn't that is completely normal when breastfed. Sometimes breastfed babies can go for up to a week without any dirty nappies. The most important is how many wet nappies baby makes in a day (at least 8 nappies during the newborn stage), but the more the better, as this will tell you baby is eating enough.
As a FTM, I was initially worried with my baby as she was barely doing any dirty nappies, but I was then explained all this.
Of course, if you are worried and something doesn't seem normal, always talk to your doctor. There is no dumb questions when it comes to any concerns you might have about your baby.
