Still unsure .

Hi everyone. So I have recently found out that I am pregnant after trying for 5 years and giving up. I had a MC 3 years ago. Recently I’ve been so unwell, at one point I was sat in the toilet for a wee when the worst cramp took over my stomach, it was like a contraction feeling & since then I’ve been having daily naps which is very unlike me. So I did a few tests, 2 came back negative but I had these three that are a faint positive. I now have the following symptoms: Nausea, tiredness, light cramping, sore to touch nipples. These come and go throughout the day. At first I thought false positives or evap lines so I spoke to my doctor who connected me to a midwife who said I’m 100% pregnant. I just can’t understand the negatives in between tests? Is this real? Do they look like evap lines? Tia xx
