Low AMH success stories ?

Hi I am 35 and have very low amh that is 0.93. I know this is way less for my age. Going for the IVF in aug . Want to hear success stories.

Hi Nidhi, 
I’m 35 and have low AMH. We started TTC in 2019. I haven’t tested my AMH again but in 2019 it was 0.7. I chose not to retest again this year as I didn’t want to focus on the number or increase anxiety. 
My 1st two extractions weren’t very successful however our last extraction in April went very well resulting in 5 blastocysts. We changed clinics and protocols. 
But as so many say- quality over quantity. Have heard many success stories which gave me hope when I was feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
We did a fresh transfer in May but unfortunately this ended in a MC. 💔
We are due to start our FET cycle in the next week or so. Feeling cautiously optimistic 💛

My AMH was 1.0 and i was 33. I had a very low response when doing the egg retrieval (only 3 eggs and only one made it to day 5). When it was time for the next cycle (and my AMH was even lower but I don’t recall the exact number) my doctor changed my medication to include a growth hormone and it yield 6 eggs, 3 made it to day 5. I stayed true to the process and just had my baby two days ago. Numbers can be a pain in the ass but miracles do come true! Please ask your doctor about the growth hormone to see if that would work in your situation. Until then I am sending you baby dust!

I’m 32 and my AMH is 0.8. I had my egg retrieval in April. I only had 6 follicles going into the egg retrieval, so I had low expectations and assumed I’d need to do back to back retrievals to get embryos. But I ended up with 7 eggs retrieved, 6 were mature and 6 fertilized, 5 made it to blastocyst on day 6 and were biopsied and tested, and we ended up with 4 normal embryos! We have two boy and two girl little frozen embabies, so I was really happy with those results! We’ll do our first transfer later this month.

I have low AMH also. Had 2 egg retrievals (5 first try and 8 second time). Ended with 3 PGT tested normal 5-day embryos. I am scheduled for my very first transfer on Tuesday 🤞🏼. Always remember it’s quality over quantity ❤️

The last time I had my AMH checked it was 0.09. My doctor said she’d usually recommend donor eggs for someone in that situation but we decided wanted to give IVF a try. I was lucky to have seven eggs retrieved and 3 embryos come back genetically normal. Our first transfer unfortunately failed but we’re doing our second transfer this week! I know how discouraging it is to hear you have low AMh but it is just a number. You can still go on to be very successful at IVF and have normal, healthy embryos. Good luck to you!
