When did you transition from 2 naps to 1?

Forced transition at daycare at a year when he moved to the older infant room. He wasn’t ready cuz he always fell asleep in the car on the way home. 
At home he kept his second nap till just past 18 months. I think he would have dropped it sooner if daycare hadn’t have pushed him to 1 nap when he was clearly not ready.

Sometime between 1 year and 18 months. She wasn’t sleeping very long at either nap and was starting to fight. We then moved her to one nap after lunch.

I dont think theres a right age. I think you have to judge off your child and how they respond to the naps. My daughter hated naps and it was always a struggle!! By 12 months she stopped napping completely!  She had the occasional day where shed run out of steam and nap but orherwise she wasnt going down. Go off how there acting not by age, some kids need to longer still others are good with just one

I think she was a little bit past a year, she’s still on one nap at almost 3 years old

Around 17 months. Took a while. Some trays Abby took one nap, some days he did two. 
Didn’t get fully on to 1 nap schedule until 18 mos
