Hi moms, 
My baby started to get little bumps on her cheeks & chin they  feel rough and are a bit red  , could this be baby acne ? She also started getting them in her knees but are not red

My little one had the same thing on her face. Turns out it was a reaction to her formula so we switched. I do both formula and breastfeeding.

Try pumping and putting breast milk in a sippy cup. That really helped my daughter transition well! She loved having a straw cup like mommy.

They may also appear on the chest. Baby acne sucks.
