Anybody used FEMARA?

Question

I’m ttc#1 since 16 cycles and seeing a RE since 3 months. He recommended that I start Femara this cycle. I ovulate every cycle on my own. Anybody here who used it and had a bfp? Any tips? I’ve heard it dries up the CM what did you guys do for that?

I ovulate on my own and we started with 3 cycles of clomid then moved onto ivf (Male factor diagnosis).
Letrozole (femara) was part of my ivf protocol this time. I had 4 follicles of size during my scans. Makes me wonder if I had been given letrozole instead of clomid would we have had better luck. I will never know but made me think
