What are you snacking on while pumping?

Question

I get ravenous while pumping. What does everyone snack on while they pump? Looking for new ideas that don’t need to be refrigerated. I’m getting bored of lactation cookies.

I stocked up on kind bars, bags of trail mix, and similar stuff at Sams club and kept a mix near where I pumped so I could just grab what I wanted

I make a trail mix of my favorites… peanuts, shelled pistachios, dried cranberries, yogurt raisins, chocolate chips (white and semi-sweet). A scoop of that hits the spot. 😁

I will crush a whole bag of second nature trail mix it’s the best!!

I keep a basket of protein bars, banana, natures bakery fig bars, pretzels and black sesame YES bars. The YES bars are freaking delicious and have lots of good omegas. And of course a giant thermos of water. I get so friggin thirsty. I drink between 32 & 48 ounces in the 20 minutes I’m pumping 😂
