Baby measurement, Can someone pls reply😕

Hi um I had a quick question that Google isn't helping me with. Any insight would be appreciated😊 k, let's say baby measured a week behind on the early scan, could baby "catch up" in growth in 3 weeks time for next sono? Has that happened to anybody?
