Belighted ovem - expected

So I got a positive pregnancy test on June 20th. I went to my first appointment on July 2nd in which I would have been 6 weeks based off of last period. Well the sac was empty. They had me come back on the 9th. Larger sac but still empty. My dr didn’t want to give up but said it could be belighted ovem. I went in this morning, expecting the sac to be empty but there was a yolk and pole in the sac! I was so surprised and happy! My dr threw her hands in the air and was so excited for me. The whole staff was telling me congratulations.

I’m still a little nervous that it is so far off but I am being optimistic! Don’t give up the hope!
