Did anyone have pregnancy symptoms with their ectopic pregnancy?

I'm just curious... I had extremely sore nipples for about 2 days. I'm nauseous every other day due to migraines, so that symptom went unnoticed. I'm 5,4 and was 152 lbs in Feb. I was already fluffy with a belly. I gained 7 lbs between Feb and May when I discovered my ectopic. Even the weight gain wasn't an alarm because I had gained 20 lbs between Aug & Feb (I attributed it to happy/relationship weight).
