Nap time
How long does it take your one year old to go down for a nap? And how long does it take to go to sleep at bed time? I’ve been pushing my daughter to sleep for naps in the pram all her life and she sleeps really well at night and goes to bed well so I’m thinking about making her nap in her bed now. But I’m wondering how long this would take?
