Please help read this chart

Hello all,

I have pcos and i was on provera from 4th july- 8th july.. this is my chart below please help read this. I also have a question that does in my chart is the temp increase is due to provera or it was actually due to ovulation. I am just tracking bbt this cycle and have not use opk. Any explanation will be helpful!
