How many bottles/how often per day?

Question

My son is 11 weeks old and I was just breastfeeding but I’m going back to work. Like how do I know how many ounces to leave him and how many bottles? 
Sometimes I pump and give him 3 oz sometimes 4oz. I don’t wanna waste my breast milk either. :/ 
I’m just kind of lost and anxious lol

I work and pump at work. We are at about 3.5 ounces for feedings. I usually leave 4 bottles but he usually only has 3 while I’m gone. We also have frozen supply just in case.

I occasionally breastfeed but most of the time I pump and bottle feed because I’m in school. My baby eats about 28oz a day give or take.  I pump 5 times a day. 6am,10am,3pm,7pm,11pm. The night being my 6hr stretch. He will be 11weeks on Friday. Sometimes he eats 3oz sometimes 4oz. I do occasionally if he doesn’t finish throw away like .5 nothing crazy. I have a freezer stash so if I were to leave him I would use that stash to stay a day ahead if that makes sense.
